Mrs. Ebunoluwa Toyin Ewedemi, aged 60, is a respected businesswoman with extensive experience in the Nigerian market. Her trading career commenced after completing her secondary education at Nigerian Model High School, Idi-Oro, in 1984. Initially focusing on Golden Penny products at Daleko Market in Mushin, she later became a key dealer and the pioneer Depot Manager for Golden Penny Depot Management System in 2007. Her strategic shift to vegetable oil storage and retailing in 2016 resulted in NAFDAC’s approval to package her own brand for national distribution. Mrs. Ewedemi’s profound understanding of vegetable oil distribution and market dynamics will be invaluable to the board.

Affectionately known as Baba, Mr. Samuel Adedapo Ewedemi, aged 65, enjoyed a distinguished career with the Nigerian Postal Service, retiring as Principal Postal Officer in 2007 after 29 years of service. His leadership and strategic vision have played a pivotal role in guiding the family business to its current success. With vast experience and wisdom, Mr. Ewedemi will provide essential guidance to the board, ensuring informed and balanced decision-making.
Mr. Ayo Abiola

Mr. Ayo Abiola (60)
Mr. Ayo Abiola is a seasoned professional with a robust background in sales and marketing. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan (1989) and an MBA in Marketing Management from Lagos State University (1999), he has been a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria since 2010. Mr. Abiola served as National Sales Manager at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and held various executive positions in Ondo State on appointment of the government that includes Executive Chairman of the Ondo State Development Company and the Ondo State Agricultural Inputs Supply Agency. He was later appointed Honourable Commissioner, Commerce and Industry as a member of the State Executive Council (2015-2017). Currently, he leads Eniy Portals Nig Ltd as the principal consultant and serves as the Managing Director of Ebunoluwa Vegetable Oil Ltd. With over three decades of experience in both the private and public sectors, Mr. Abiola is poised to steer the company towards sustained growth and market leadership.
Idowu Adetunbo Ewedemi

Idowu (32) is a member of the Association of Business Executives (ABE) with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales (2015). He holds a Professional Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, and Marketing (2013). He played a key role in creating brand awareness for the All Progressive Congress (APC), a leading political party in Nigeria, during the 2015 elections. He Served as the leading marketing and brand manager for the family business, Ebun Oluwa Oil, from its early stages to the present. His strategic direction continues to drive the company's brand awareness and equity. He brings over 9 years of experience in finance and marketing to his role as the General Manager Operations.

Mr. Ayoola Abiola (30), a Wesley University graduate of 2015, Msc (LASU) with PhD (in view) serves as the Quality Management Consultant at Ebunoluwa Vegetable Oil Ltd. Leveraging his background in biochemistry, he ensures strict adherence to quality control standards, overseeing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product reliability and consumer safety. His expertise in food handling and laboratory operations, coupled with his commitment to scientific research and education, contributes significantly to maintaining high standards in both industry and academia.
